Payment needs to be made in full and in advance to secure your booking.

Contact Details:

At the time of the booking please provide a mobile number on which we can contact you once you have landed in cairns.


We highly recommend customers take out their own TRAVEL INSURANCE due to the continuing high number of flight changes and cancellations.

Travellers should have their phones on all the time. 

Please ensure that your mobile phone is on as soon as you are allowed in Cairns or within the terminal.

Please notify our driver when you have collected your luggage and are ready to leave the airport. 

If the driver is not immediately visible, contact us on the phone number mentioned in your booking confirmation.

Flight Details:

Your transfer is booked based on the flight details you have given. Please provide us with the correct flight details. Make sure you check the information carefully before forwarding it to us.

The details must contain:

  1.  Flight Number
  2.  Flight landing time.
  3.  Determine your arrival/departure time.  

We will send you an email with your flight details and a confirmation of your booking. If you provide us with incorrect flight details, any changes or delays in the flight must be informed earlier. This will help us to accommodate the changes required.  

24/7 Booking Request:

We are available 24/7 to book your transfer.

Please submit your booking request using the form available on the website and we will reply as soon as possible.

We ask you to provide the following basic details:

  1. Your name and contact information (phone number).
  2. The date, time, and location of pickup.
  3. The drop-off location or airport/train station address if applicable.
  4. The number of people at your party.
  5. Number of Baggage’s( If Applicable)
  6. Any extra items such as prams/Strollers.

We also accept phone booking 24/7, please contact us.

We will send you all the details via email confirmation and a receipt for reference once we have received the payment.  

Same Day Bookings:

If you need to book a transfer on the same day, please call us directly. We aim to provide excellent service at all times and are happy to answer any questions or concerns that may arise during your trip. 

Cancellation Policy:

We do not accept any cancellation within 24 hours of your booking time.

25% amount is charged for cancellation between 48 and 24 hours.

If you cancel 48hrs prior to your booking we will provide you with a full refund.

If the passenger is not available at the location and cannot be reached by phone, we will wait 10 minutes before cancelling your ride. No refund will be provided after the cancellation. 

Testing positive to Covid –

– More than 48 hours notice – We will hold a credit for you

– Less than 48 hours – Please make a claim via your Travel Insurance 

Delay in Arrival: – Due to traffic circumstances or any other delay reason we request that you arrive at the pickup point early. If you do not arrive at the pickup point within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, we have the right to charge an extra penalty or cancel your booking. 

Safety Assurance:

We provide a safe and comfortable ride for our passengers. We value your safety and security above all else, therefore we have implemented the following safety measures: -Each driver is professionally licensed with an up-to-date criminal background check, and extensive training and adheres to a strict code of conduct. 

Our vehicles are regularly inspected and serviced to ensure that they are in good working order.

Early arrival for private transfers to Port Douglas, Palm Cove, Cairns City, etc. 

Your vehicle is likely to be ready early. So, if possible, please be prepared for pick-up 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This can assist your transfer to begin on time and prevent any delay. Regardless, our vehicle will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes for all private transfer services, at your accommodation reception after your scheduled and confirmed pick-up time. 

If you are running late for your transfer to Cairns Airport, Palm Cove, Port Douglas, or other destinations in Far North Queensland, please inform us earlier.

Damage/Loss to Property:

We are not responsible for any damage or loss to your property. Please do not leave any valuables, including cash, in the vehicle.

If you are traveling with children, please ensure that they are safely buckled in and always restrained throughout the journey. 

There is a maximum load capacity for each vehicle so please advise us of how much luggage you are planning to bring so that we can reserve a vehicle suitable for your needs. 

Smoking, drugs, and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. If you are found in possession of any such items, we will take strict action against them and you may be liable for prosecution. Please do not litter, or throw cigarette butts or food scraps out of the window as this is an offense under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and we cannot tolerate such behaviour. 

We will take every precaution to ensure your safety during your journey with us, but it is essential that you comply with the rules and regulations set out in this document. 

Food or Drinks:

No food or drink (other than bottled water) are allowed to be consumed in the vehicle as per Queensland Law.

This Queensland food and beverage restriction on public passenger vehicles is in the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Regulation 2018 (Qld) s 232(2)

For damage or spills may incur cleaning charges.

A $250.00 (AUS) cleaning fee will be levied if the vehicle requires detailed cleaning due to the event of any spills, food or sickness causing the vehicle to be unusable for any period of time. This will be determined by the SK Luxury Transfers driver at the time of any incident.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. 

We will only use your personal information to process your booking, communicate with you about your travel arrangements, and administer our loyalty program. We will not sell, rent or disclose your name, address, e-mail address, or any other personal information to any third party You can rest assured that we won’t use your personal information to sell you anything, rent it to anyone, or disclose it to anyone. We value your privacy as much as you do.
